Many of the staff team have worked at Action Zone for a number of years and therefore know its service users very well together with having a wealth of experience of working with people with learning disabilities. Regular mandatory and specialist training are provided to staff so that our service users always receive the highest quality care and support.

Self-development is at the forefront of everything we offer at Action Zone. Every one of our service users is respected as a unique individual and are encouraged and supported by our staff to achieve their own personal goals.
